SUROS Rx follows a standard telehealth path: you share your history, a licensed provider reviews it, and treatment is dispensed only when it's appropriate.
Care starts wherever you are. Complete your visit from home, on your own schedule — no waiting room and no office visit required.
Everything you share goes to a licensed medical provider who reviews your history and goals before anything moves forward. Treatment is never automatic, and you’re never charged unless a prescription is issued.
Step 01
Online visit & intake
Start an eligibility check and complete a medical intake questionnaire — it takes a few minutes.
Step 02
Licensed provider review
A licensed medical provider reviews your history and goals and determines whether a prescription is appropriate. If it isn't, you aren't charged for treatment.
Step 03
Pharmacy fulfillment
If a prescription is issued, it's filled by a licensed 503A/503B compounding pharmacy partner and shipped to you.
Step 04
Ongoing care
Refills, messaging with your care team, and follow-ups are handled through your patient portal for as long as treatment continues.
